I follow and generally exceed industry standards established by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). My reports are not simple checklists, but more like "homeowners’ manuals”.

I inspect all accessible components of a home -- grounds, exterior, structure, roof, electrical, plumbing, heating/AC, insulation and ventilation – and include a separate structural pest inspection in each report (condominiums excluded).
